About this website
This CD-ROM has been developed by the children’s internet charity Childnet International and funded by the Department for Education and Skills (now DCSF). Know IT All for parents was based on Know IT All for pupils which was also developed by Childnet with funding from MSN UK, and distributed to all secondary schools in the UK in 2005 with support from Microsoft. For more information see www.childnet.com/kia.
About Childnet International
Childnet International is a non-profit organisation (charity no 1080173) with the mission to work in partnership with others to help make the internet a great and safe place for children to use. Childnet not only encourages the positive use of technology through giving children awards, but also seeks to respond to the possible dangers to children while using the internet. Childnet runs schools awareness programmes and produces a range of information for parents/teachers and children from leaflets to posters as well as DVDs. These can be ordered directly from our website at www.childnet.com/order/order.aspx.
