Josie Fraser is an educational technologist who has worked at local, regional and national level promoting and developing the effective and innovative use of ICT and e-learning. She has worked with a range of national agencies on projects around e-portfolio, personalisation and personal learning environments. She has interests and expertise in identification and authentication; social media, networks and software; media literacy and e-safety. She has recently worked with Will Gardner on the UK governments Cyberbullying Advice and Guidance.
